Peyden donated his Birthday money ... again! Peyden donated his Birthday money ... again! Peyden donated his Birthday money ... again!

A "special" THANKS to Peyden C. for donating $65 of his b-day money to the rescue.

For several years now, Peyden has asked for money for his birthday in lieu of gifts and then donates the money to Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc.

Thanks again Peyden....You are a sweet, kind and generous guy!!! All the money goes directly to the horses for feed, farrier, vet costs, etc....

Thank You Savanna for your wonderful gifts!

October 9, 2014

Savanna is an impressive and selfless young lady! The 7-year-old did not want any gifts given to her at her birthday party. Instead, she asked for donations to bring to Hope In The Valley!

The many gifts included cash, feed, brushes, wormer, fly spray, horse treats, two buckets, even a purple lead rope!

Sedgwick County Animal Response Team

June 2011

Adoption days was a huge success due in part to the cooperation between the Sedgwick County Animal Control Department, Sedgwick County Sheriffs Department, and Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue and Sanctuary.

Richard Havens brought the Sedgwick County Animal Response Team (SCART) mobile unit out for display at our Adoption Days and to answer any questions about what they do and how they interact with us as an equine rescue.

Thank you Richard so much for your hard work and willingness to educate people about it!
